Project
In JV with its owner, a German Property Fund, the mall has undergone Phase 1 AEW in 2013. The extensive Phase 2 of the AEW will house a multi halls Cineplex and an entertainment floor on Level 5 which will increase the current retail space of 320,000sf to about 360,000sf.
The Group exited the investment in end 2018.
