The original intention was to develop the lands into a high-end gated residential development, with Allstones crafting the concept, financial structuring and providing project development expertise. However, the offer to buy from a leading public listed Singapore developer and GIC was too good to refuse. Based on launches in surrounding areas since 2010, the lands have appreciated by more than 300%.
